Gluten Free Bread Mix

Our gluten-free mix is designed to allow you to enjoy delicious and nutritious bread.

GF Bread Mix Contains:

  • 1 ½ cup of Buckwheat Flour
  • 1 cup of Millet Flour
  • 1 cup of Tapioca Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Sucanat Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Active Yeast

 

Preparation Instructions:

Add ¾ cup of Flax meal or ground chia, plus 2 cups of warm water & mix with a fork.

Using a spatula pour mixture into a loaf pan with parchment paper. Cover and leave in a warm area for 1 hour.

Bake at 350°F on the middle rack of the oven for 50 to 60 minutes. When ready, remove from the oven and let it cool down. This bread will be ready to be eaten in 24 hours, preferably toasted
